Vinificação The grapes, carefully selected in the vineyard, are harvested by hand and immediately transported to the winery. Upon arrival, the grapes are destemmed, pressed, and vinified traditionally by the “Open Spout” process. Part of it fermented in small stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature and part of it fermented and aged in used oak barrels. After fermentation, the wine ages for about nine months. |
