Winemaking
The grapes come from vineyards with 5 and 6 years old, they were harvested manually and mechanically. Harvest separated by each variety. The clarified must fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature depending on the aromatic origin of each variety. The final wine blend is filtered and stabilized before bottling
