Winemaking
The grapes come from vineyards with 5 and 8 years old, they were harvested manually and mechanically. After crushing with total destemming, pre-fermentative maceration followed at a controlled temperature of 15ºC. It went on to fermentation in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 23ºC and later maceration. Before bottling, it aged in French oak barrels for 6 months
