Winemaking
The grapes come from vineyards with 5 and 6 years old, they were harvested manually and mechanically. The destemmed grapes remain in skin contact until the must acquires the salmon tint, followed by the bleeding of the grapes, clarification and fermentation with controlled temperature at 15ºC in a stainless steel vat.
